- Equity shortfall requirement of $500k to $8M.
- Preferred equity position for the family office or builders cash equity contribution.
- Building contract to be awarded to a builder chosen by the family office or the builder providing the cash shortfall.
- JV set up with the builder or family office, holding a director position.
